There are visible woodworm holes as shown in the pictures; however, these have been treated with protective spray to render them inactive.

The pair features exquisite columns on each side of the front, distinguishing them from other bedside cabinets. Additionally, these cabinets are lined with lead for added durability.
Originally, these cabinets were part of a larger structure, such as a dresser base or hallway cabinet, which is evident from the holes on one side of each cabinet.
