How do I return an item?

To return an item, please email us at hillsantiques.sales@gmail.com with your reasons why and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The return has to be within 30 days of purchase and items must be returned in same condition as bought. Items will be refunded in the same method of payment. Shipping costs will be non refundable and it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return. However, if the item is faulty, shipping costs will be reimbursed. All known faults before receiving an item will only receive part refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your money back.

How much is delivery?

All furniture in the UK is a standard £60 delivery cost, but internationally may differ so please contact us for a delivery quote before purchasing any items with your location in your message. All silver items will be free of charge to deliver worldwide. We offer a quick and professional delivery service worldwide.


Can I collect?

All items are available for collection. We are based in Pulborough, West Sussex, United Kingdom. Please feel free to get in contact regarding an item you are interested in collecting so this can be booked in for you.
